feeling

I have been on the program about 7 months now and I can finally 'feel' my body. At the beginning, I just did the food as best I could. Just sort of treated the program like another diet monitoring what I ate within the plan. I thought the feeling part couldn't be trusted. But I realized I never felt anything! I have slipped with sugar a few times but I know now what it feels like so I used my slip ups to remind me of that feeling I don't want to have anymore. More importantly I feel the 'radient' feeling of eating a good breakfast throughout the day. I am so happy to have found this program. I have to do step 6 , 7 and begin the loosing weight program but I am not anxious anymore. I will just do it slowly now. I have been rereading the books and discovering so much more information in them. This is simple yet complex and it works so well with me.
